Join me for an evening of kriya* and meditation under big sky, sun setting over Wollumbin, ceremonial tea, fire and a feed.

Our afternoon will begin with an empowering 75min kriya and meditation journey, followed by a 60min heart expanding tea ceremony.

After tea, you can enjoy a comforting meal around the fire with friends.

*Kriya is “movement in the direction of evolution”. This will be a movement and breath practice, in sequence with meditation and tea, designed to expand big energy and root into earth as we claw the fertile ground that covers the old bones of this ancient land. An evening of full powered reverence for the beauty of life in a body on this earthly plane.
