LEARN TO MEDITATE

Practiced while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed for 20 minutes twice each day, you’ll gain an extraordinarily deep state of rest several times deeper than sleep. This deep rest rejuvenates the entire system and dissolves accumulated stress, tension and fatigue.
As a Vedic Meditator you have access to regular group meditation sessions, advanced techniques, rounding workshops, and knowledge meetings.
