ROUNDING // ASANA, PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION
Rounding is a sequence of yoga asana (posture), pranayama (breathing), meditation and rest specifically designed to get you really deep, really quick. It's the equivalent of weeks of regular twice daily meditation in one morning.
This master sequence is extremely powerful at dissolving years of accumulated deep stress and fatigue. Once you know the sequence you can use it at home whenever you please.
Rounding in a group setting is an experience not to be missed!
Rounding Days are held at the beginning of each season.
Please note: It is a pre-requisite that you already practice Vedic Meditation to attend a Rounding Workshop
INTRODUCTION TO ROUNDING // 1.5HR INSTRUCTIONAL SESSION HELD BEFORE ADVANCED ROUNDING
Includes rounding instruction, knowledge session and take-home notes. This then moves directly into the 3hr Free flow workshop.
Investment: $90 Note: You can resit the Introductory Session for free if you have already learnt.
ADVANCED ROUNDING // 3HR FREE FLOW WORKSHOP + LUNCH
For those that have already learnt rounding, this workshop is a great way to connect with the community, expand your practice, and give yourself some deep rest and rejuvenation. Includes Ayurvedic lunch and tea.
